👤 User Accounts

Account Creation

To use certain features of our platform, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches

Account Types

We offer different account types with varying permissions:

• Waste Collector: Access assigned reports, manage collections (requires verification)
• Admin: Manage reports, verify collectors, assign tasks
• Site Manager: Oversee regional operations and analytics

Verification Process

Waste Collectors must complete a verification process that includes submitting National Identification Numbers (NIN) and supporting documentation. We reserve the right to approve or reject verification requests at our discretion.

⚖️ User Conduct

You agree to use our platform responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights

• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer our software
• Impersonation: Pretending to be another user, organization, or Waste Disposal representative

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

🔚 Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. Upon termination:

Termination by Us

Waste Disposal is a platform that facilitates waste reporting and collection coordination. We do not provide waste collection services directly and are not responsible for the actions or inactions of waste collectors.
